I like to work living emotions, exploring ways to reach you and engaging people. Cultural producer and filmmaker. I have pointed my view around activism and people with and engaging message.
The important things to consider always are the ethic and the esthetic.
Sergi Agustí
Sergi Agustí, born in Barcelona in 1967, has developed his projects mainly in Africa, in countries such as Sierra Leone, Ethiopia and Congo.
From his experience as a photographer, he has inherited the rough settings and the search for excellent brightness. But what captivated him the most about a documentary is the opportunity itself to tell stories.
His work is focused on social subjects, but always embracing a close, optimistic, vivid view of reality, far from prejudices.
Transmedia projects
Transmedia projects has an “outreach and strategic communications” aim.
It is the way that filmakers tell the world about their film.This step is critical in making social change. If your film is out in the world, but nobody hears about or sees it, your chances of making a real social impact disappear. Even more so than distribution, outreach and strategic communications must begin well before the film’s completion. Under the old models, tactics to reach audiences were timed right before or upon the lm’s release.
Now, we know it needs to happen long before that. Luckily, the growing eld of online social networking tools makes this efficient and easy.
